We closed on our new home on April 15, and had Justin, one of the sales reps, there that day. We built great rapport with him during his visit and ending up choosing Yutka for our project. They originally mentioned it might be July before our install would happen, but by May 17 they had our fence completely installed! This was amazing for us, because we have two dogs who love to freely roam around the yard. The communication was great, especially with Justin, and we felt like the office team made us a priority. Even when we were having issues with securing our permit, Yutka was on our side, taking care of everything that needed to be done. We can't recommend them enough!

A very proactive company that takes fencing seriously. David in sales got out to my house quickly and at a time that was convenient to me. I didn't have to be there. I gave him permission to come onto the property and he did his thing. Thru phone calls and a little bit of email David understood my needs and met them. I only had to meet him at lay out. My fence project turned out really nice. It looks great and is located where I wanted it. My fence was partial so defining exactly where it would go took some time. Everyone was helpful and patient with me as we had to have multiple visits from sales and several changes as I had to get help clearing a tree and doing some prep for the installation. We had a cedar fence installed by Yutka Fence 17 yrs ago. It was aging with a few post rotting at the ground. We wanted an updated fence so we decided on a white vinyl fence. We got our estimate on Aug 29 and the install was done Oct 4. We knew that due to weather and other projects going on it would take a little while. Alex, the crew chief, and another worker was there the first day removing old fence and posts and installing new posts. The next day Alex and 2 other workers finished installing the fence. Alex was very helpful and asked some questions if a small change had to be made and also answered my questions I had. They did a great job cleaning up and even covered up ground gaps under new fence using the dirt removed from post holes. I would recommend Yutka Fence and the new fence increased the value of my home. PS, don’t forget to asked for military discount, if applicable, and returning customer discount which I also qualified for.

Yutka did our fence around our backyard about 3 years ago, they did a wonderful job and the fence has been great. This year we did an addition on our house and needed to have a portion of the fence taken down so the construction equipment could access the yard. Jeff came to our house and was nice, down to earth, and real with us on price estimates. He walked our yard with us in the freezing cold, and gave us all the options possible. One of our neighbors had an old fence replaced by Yutka about a year ago, and I loved how it looked and still looks so I contacted Yutka about replacing chain-link fence across our back lot line with privacy fence. Yutka’s front office and our salesperson, Jeff, were in constant contact making sure things could take place as quickly as possible. We had very cooperative installers that made sure that the directions from the office and from us matched. Paco and his assistant worked diligently on day 1 to tear out the chain-link and hail it away and dig most of the post holes. Day 2 was a quick finish of digging the rest of the holes and installation. Of a beautiful fence right where we wanted it. Overall, we had a very satisfactory experience with Yutka and would not hesitate to contact them if we decided to replace the chain-link on the sides of our yard! Thanks Jeff and Yutka!

Our experience with Yutka was pleasant from beginning to end. The quote request was responded to and scheduled quickly. Jeff, the sales rep who came out, was knowledgeable and friendly. The work was able to be scheduled quickly, and they worked around both our need to have a tree removed in the area as well as an upcoming vacation, changing dates on short notice. Despite being one of the coldest weeks of winter thus far, and several inches of freshly fallen snow, the 2 man crew worked for 3 days to install our fence. We called Yutka because our 10 year old fence fell down due to wind damage. They have a great front desk team that answers when you call, follows up on emails, and keeps things moving throughout the process. Once I secured a permit they scheduled a date immediately. I was amazed to watch them take down our huge fence, put in new posts, and install a new fence all between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on a 29 degree day. They even gave me a discount for off season installation! I am so happy with the work and would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for quality work.
